At Premier @ Kaki Bukit, Singapore, Rack & Save completed a industrial superblock workshop mezzanine project for workshop and factory equipment storage. This real installation is presented with photographic project views and site-specific details.

At Premier @ Kaki Bukit, Rack & Save was engaged to install a Superblock mezzanine within an existing workshop and factory. The space was intended for additional workshop activities, factory storage, equipment storage and production operations.

Blue steel columns and beams form the visible structural frame. Metal grating decking provides the raised working surface, while perimeter guardrails define the upper deck edge. The original site photographs show the platform from above and below.

The stated uniform project floor loading is 500 kg/m². Any proposed equipment, machinery, point loading or change in operational use must be checked against the specific structural design and site requirements.
